FAQs

Having problems getting the videos to play?
DivX videos require you to install the DivX webplayer. Download, install and reboot your browser!

Try these possible solutions:

  • Make sure you have the latest DivX webplayer installed.

The DivX Web Player requires Windows XP/2000/Vista (32-bit).
  • Refresh the page.
  • Clear your cache on the DivX webplayer. To clear you cache; on the DivX webplayer, click the drop menu on the bottom right side of the player, then click Preferences–>Download Cache–>Clear Cache Now–>OK. Then, refresh the page.

  • For best quality we suggest “Windowed Mode” on the DivX webplayer:

To do this click the “windowed mode” button on the bottom right hand side of the webplayer, third button from the right. This will show the true dimensions of the video and allow you to watch DivX video in a separate window while surfing the web.

    Other tips:

  • Divx has an option you can check “On” to auto download anything you watch. It will appear in your Divx Download Folder sometimes in a sub folder labeled temporary downloads.
  • To download a DivX episode, right click on the “Download” button and click on “Save target as…”, instead of just left-clicking it.
  • For faster buffering, watch the episodes during non-peak hours, between 9pm and 7am!
  • Naruto Shippuden Countdown!
